Here are some links to help you get started on your quest for the right gear. If you are new to combat be sure to ask one of the more Sr. members their opinion on the item. As most of you know things do not always arrive as advertised.

I've received my gorget and basket hilt (both are pretty nice) and should be getting my helm tomorrow or saturday. Hopefully I'll order my leg armour soon.

http://www.icefalcon.com is also recomended by Spiers Armory as folks who can make stuff for you. The stuff they have on their page doesn't represent all they can do, they will do custom work.

Also, Illusion is in the process of moving, so they won't be taking orders until this summer. Got that in an Email from a Seneschal in the Far West. Imagine that! He was helpful, and I'm not even in his area yet! Wink

Another good place for good quality for the begineer that cannot afford a whole lot is AshCraft Baker http://www.ashcraftbaker.com/

Warning though, they do NOT do custom work. What they have on their site is it. Russ started in one of their beginner helms and is still using it. I have the identical helm, except that my grill is removable.
