Good old resist table has now been out since ToA kicked in...

... unfortunetly, Reinforced still is neutral, and not 10% resistant against Heat. I was unable to find official data about this on CamelotHerald, however, the exact same table was published on official DAoC Europe site and in Prima Guide, so I consider this table official, and actual in-game deviation as a bug. This was pointed out a few times on different forums, VNBoards, and in "Rangers, your top 5 issues" thread you made on CritShot last year Larian, yet I haven't seen this issue in any of TL reports, neither Mythic's response to that, so could we finnaly clear this out?

It's been such a vehement internal discussion that it didn't need to be on the TL report. Still no word from devs though.

Ah okay... can you tell, what was internal discussion about, is this considered a bug, or a feature?
Its especialy annoying for melee rangers, because we are often mistaken for a nightshade, and heat LWs are used on us.
Would be nice, if rangers would have 0% in average, like all other armors do, but if it is a design decision, they should atleast publish the correct table
