Add the seasoning to the spare rib and marinate for 20 minutes (Mix until all seasoning is absorbed by spare rib), and then preheat oven to 475 F.
Barbecue spare rib at 475 F for 10 min. Turn spare rib and paste spare rib.
Turn oven to 350 F. Barbeque for 30 min (a piece) more. Take out and Brush with melted sugar solution. Bake for a further (5-10 mins), and then take out. Brush with melted sugar solution and ready for serve.
Ingredients and method for making melted sugar solution Mix 2 table spoons melt sugar, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce with 3 tablespoon water, then let it melt above hot water and ready for use.
