Heat Olive Oil. Add Garlic and basil. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add Tomatoes, wine, olives. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add capers, sugar. Cook for approximately 10 minutes until oil rises and is dark red.
Cook Spaghetti Rigati, drain and put in a dish. Pour sause over and serve with fresh grated parmesan, warm garlic bread, and red wine.
